How to use MS Word Classe's & Method's & Proprities with querySubObject and dynamicCall

Hi everyone,
I wonder if someone could help me with the way that those methods : querySubObject and dynamicCal, works, and especially with MS Word Objects & Functions... All examples and solutions I founded was designed for VBA (like a solution to replace text in textboxes), where it's so easy comparing with Qt. If I could just have a simulation between VBA and Qt codes.
