Updating qt on linux debian 6

hi to every one
i installed qt on my linux debian 6 its version is 4.6.3
and my qt creator is 1.3.1
now i want to update it to new version
how can i do that?
what should i do ?
is there any way or i shoud download it seperately

There is 2.2.1 version in unstable repo.

• Find debian repos with the new binaries, backport them if required.
• Try our binary packages instead.
• Get the source and build Qt and Creator yourself
