Maintenance tool "Time out"

Hello everyone!

I try to update my Qt and Qt Creator to 5.9 and 4.3.1 using Maintenance Tool (version 3.0) but I have some Time out problem. I just try to download a new web installer from the website but it is very very slow.
Does anyone have the same problem?
