Logging to file, to get inside white screen dilemma

Some of my app users are expiring the QML white screen dilemma. And that's just some users.
I really don't have a clue what it is like that, and I don't know if there is any other way to know than give them a version which gives the qml debug log to file, to see what's causing the white screen.

But how can I get that data to file?

Well if there is some problem, it will only show white screen. And not load the app...
