Unsolved Qt creator text editor snippet completion

I am experenting with the text editor snippets. There is the "C++" section and also a "Text" section which shall work for all files. However the text completion does not work within comment sections.

Is there a way to convince the text editor snippet completion to work also within C/C++ comment sections?
