Possible ability on confidence interval

I was wondering if anybody have any knowledge if there was maybe a way on graphing a confidence interval. I am using q custom plot but i can't seem to really figure it out. I found an example that makes the scatter plots be stars and maybe i can' make it like that way but how would i edit the bounds. Any information possible will help
