Qt Creator crashes after startup

Hi.
I recently downloaded Qt Creator for school usage. After DL and install i try to launch Qt Creator and it crashes immediately with no crash report or nothing. I have reinstalled software few times and still does it.

My computer is HP spectre 13 x 2 and i have win 10.

Try start it like
c:\pathto\qtcreator -noload Welcome -noload QmlDesigner -noload QmlProfiler

One day ago solved seem problem. Change QtCreator.ini add [Plugins] with
Ignored=Welcome

Or simply disable the Welcome in About Plugins. in Help Menu.
