Qt Creator for Windows XP?

Is there a version of Qt Creator for Windows XP?
I suppose some older version.
Is there some (safe) site I could download it from?

Can i ask why you need to run Creator on the Xp?

The few i know that still support this really, really , stone dead OS, sits on newer OS
and compile for Xp.

It's not safe to have the xp directly to the internet as it can just be taken very easy. Its like having a house
where whole world knows
some of the windows and doors cannot be locked. ever. :)
