UML tool for Qt

I am anxious to generate class diagrams from code and code from class diagrams.
I saw the list of Wiki of many UML applications.
Besides, in this forum, I find a reference comment about Umbrello.

I installed Umbrello on my iMac, but I cannot manage it (its instructions, either).
I am looking for a (video) tutorial for use Umbrello with Qt (Qt 5.7 if it matters)
o any other alternative application.
