How to implement open executable file many a time, but there is one application start up?

In general. We clicked one simple Qt Gui executable file in window, we can start up the application.
And, if we clicked the same executable file again, we can start up another application. Now , there are
two applications. But, i don't want it.About this case,Is it the Singleton mode?
What should i do about my question in Qt Gui Application ?
