Qt creator 4.1.0 is crashing in windows 10

I installed Qt 5.7 in my win 10. After installation qt creator launched with out any problem. After closing its not starting again. I tried to re install qt creator again but same story.

Please help me

Try to start it from command line with "-noload Welcome" parameter.
