It seem's the windows anniversary update made it so whenever you call your application to always be on top, the windows taskbar will now appear.
For example,
If you run a Windowed-Fullscreen game, no taskbar will show.
When I run my program, it will appear on top of my game, but the windows taskbar now appears on top as well.Has anyone found a way around this to prevent the windows taskbar from raising?
