MSVC2015 not responding when opening Qt Designer

I have now installed Qt 5.7 for the second time on windows 10. And for the second time, I have no issue compiling Qt project however, whenever I try to open .ui files or open Qt Designer from within Visual Studio 2015, MSVC will just hang there and be non responsive. To the best of my knowledge I've installed Qt properly. I've also read the following thread : German Qt Thread , as suggested on this thread English Qt Thread, and none of the suggested solution worked. If you need any other informations, please ask.

I have a full version of Microsoft Visual Studio Community 2015, with QtPackage.
