(Re)Opening project/tutorial documents with Qt Creator

When I open a tutorial in Qt Creator, a help window popups up, showing the tutorial help text. If I close that help window I don't know how to open it again except for reimporting the tutorial. Is there a direct way within the opened tutorial project itself?
By the way: I believe that this kind of help text is the same kind of document as all Qt project documentation (I mean, the equivalent to javadocs). Is this true? -

Yes it is exactly the same. You can access the same doc from Help in
QtCreator.
