creating installer with mutually exclusive component !!!

I have created an installer with multiple component to select from component selection page. Out of these component i want to make two component mutually exclusive i.e only one of the component is installed.
Let say i have Component "A" and "B". If user select component "A" and then select component "B" so in this scenarios component "A" will be deselected.
I went through all document regarding component scripting, but could not find any thing relevant.
Looking forward for any suggestions and guidance. Thanks in advance.
