Regarding Group Creation in Gerrit Account for Qt Contribution

Hi,
We have individual Gerrit account , if we want the company to be admin do we need to create a group with company name, here is the attachment
.Along with the above mentioned query do we need to follow Setting Up Gerrit in Qt Contribution Guidelines.
for admin.Please Guide Us so we can create admin for our Company. and developers can be added to the Group.

I haven't seen this structure in the Qt Project's Gerrit before. Here is the list of all groups: https://codereview.qt-project.org/#/admin/groups/ The groups are based on roles, not based on companies. (Even the Qt Company's employees use individual accounts, without being part of a "Qt Company" group)
May I ask why you want a company account?

I was going through the Qt Contribution Guidelines page, above is the image attached, as given their will be Gerrit account, were the company adds individual to the group to contribute.
Guidance will be required.

Ah, I wasn't aware of the corporate agreement system before.
I believe the instructions are at https://www.qt.io/contributionagreement/ -- your company needs to sign and scan a form, and email it to the Qt legal department. You can ask for more detailed instructions in the same email.

We have sent the signed document from our company, and we got the counter signed from Qt company.
but my question is if we want to contribute from our company, what are the next steps?.

I think the best person to ask is the person who sent you the counter signed form. (I don't have experience with the corporate agreement, sorry)
From my limited understanding, it looks like someone from the Qt Company needs to create a Gerrit group account for you.

I am not familiar with company accounts on Gerrit, but sent a mail to the Gerrit admins.

@Pradeep-Kumar all that is required from you is that a) all contributing pthinks employees have logged into gerrit and configured their (own) account and b) you tell us who of these people should be the admin of your group. i don't know how to make it yet clearer.

To be fair, these are the only relevant instructions I could find regarding the corporate agreement:

- The Agreement is signed by the company and a PDF scan of the Agreement is sent to Contribution Agreement / Legal Contact / Mika Pälsi
- The Qt Company countersigns the Agreement and returns an executed agreement to the Company.
- The Gerrit Administrator creates a group for the Company in question and attaches the Contribution Agreement to the group account.
- The contact persons from the Company are added into the administrator group by the Gerrit Administrator

What's unclear is how to make someone a company's Gerrit Admin/owner. I've attempted to clarify this in the wiki. Please modify as you see fit, and please add similar info to the other 2 links too.

Correct. We cannot see any of the images you uploaded to the forum.
