How can I use QMLLive with Qt Creator?

Someone recently showed me a really cool video of QMLLive being used for developing neptune-ui. I like to set that up for my development environment so I can see UI changes immediately. I cloned QMLLive and then followed the instructions in README and INSTALL files to get build it and run it. When I execute
:~/Projects/qmllive$ ./bin/qmlliveruntimeto run the application, I see an orange screen with the message "Please connect with QML Live Remote". I am not sure what QML Live Remote is and how I could set Qt-Creator up to run my application using QML Live. Can anyone here help me finish setting this up?
