Qtcreator cmake and .includes

I'm trying to use qtcreator for my cmake project. I was able to configure and build it but when I manually specify some external include directories in .include file it seems that it is not parsed. I need it because project contains linux kernel module and it's build is called externally by cmake.
Can I use .includes, or .defines files in cmake projects in qtcreator?
