Network: Getting 'UnknownNetworkError'

Hi, I have an application using the QNetworkAccessManager to make http-requests, but for some reason, some people are receiving an 'UnknownNetworkError' with the error-message: "network access is disabled".
But I am really not sure what would cause this error, so I was hoping someone here would know. -
Maybe some people change network connection?

as @Ni-Sumi said: what is the used Qt version. I think there was an bug reagrding this some versions ago.If not already can you try to use the latest version?

The OS in this case is Windows 7 x64. I am already using the latest version, 5.7, but I also just found out that this error only occurs when an 'internet stick' is used...@Denjas
i think you should write on the dev-mailinglist or create a bugreport
