Unsolved Avoid to Scroll and ScrollView doing Drag and drop QML

Hi everybody,
I did and ScrollView using QML for an Ubuntu Desktop Application.
Everything is fine but I want not let to Scroll the ScrollView Drag and Dropping through the View, has anyone knows how to avoid it?
