Problem with QML module

Hiiii. I'm new here and i began to learn QT by a few days.
So i started at one toutorial in program, but following instruction
i met one problem.
The project need a qml module and it indicate path but i don't know
how to import it in Mainform.ui.qml form. Somebody could you help me please? Thx

Thank you. I imported correct the path, but now it can't find 2 module to import:

1. QtQuick.Controls 1.3
2. QtQuick.Layouts 1.1
   What can i do? You think also when i search to access qt designer it also wrote in screen
   qt .... is crashed
