Qt App name without full path in the Screen reader

Hi,

I have a trouble with my app developed with Qt.
If I run my app, the screen reader reads the full path of the executable file and not only the title of the main window, or the values set in 'accessibleName' or/and the 'accessibleDescription'.

How I can solve the problem?
