      Hi Volker,

I hear from the Berlin summit you make great muffins.

Any change you want to share the recipy-source code? So we, the unlucky ones at home, can bake-compile some too? And experience a little of the Berlin flavour ;)

Open source muffins \o/. Almost as good as "open source beer":http://freebeer.org/.

Nah, I don't drink alcoholic beverages. However, I like the concept :P

The muffins were great... you did miss out:-)

Qt Contributors summit just rocked! It was so cool to meet so many enthusiastic users (inside and outside of Nokia). I got some really nice feedback on Qt Creator: Lots of "great tool", lots of people using it to hack on their stuff in the lounge, some promises to look into contributing new plugins, lots of interesting feedback about issues we have and how we could make Creator even better. It was a very encouraging event for me... I am looking forward to get started on some of the stuff that was brought up on Monday!

Thanks to all the participants and of course Alexandra and the whole team for organizing it!

                    Hi,

thanks for all. I'm glad to hear, that they were well appreciated.

Of course I will be a proper open source citizen and post the recipe here. It'll take till Tuesday though, I'll be on a business trip on Sunday and Monday and I will have to translate the recipe into some decent English first :-)

So stay tuned... and enjoy the weekend in the meanwhile

Another thumbs up from me for both the summit and the muffins. Volker has surely earned his "Muffin Man" badge! Now just need to find some time to hack on a few of the huge number of topics discussed at the summit. Relly looking forward to Open Governance going live.

I can only concur with the comments above: the muffins were great (thanks Volker!), and so was the rest of the summit. Lots of interesting topics discussed, and also important: being able to put a face to and have talks with so many of the people I had thus far only communicated with online. Big cudo's to the organizers of the event, especially Alexandra! Thanks again for the invite and making it possible for me to come.

I hope that OpenGovernance goes live in time to make a serious impact for Qt 5.0. I think there is lots of interest to contribute to Qt, and for some things, 5.0 is the time to do it.
