Qt Installer Framework - fetch packages list online

Hi,
our application consists of main engine and set of plugins. In Qt Installer Framework we consider the engine as base package that must be installed and each plugin as a separate package which depends on the engine.We want the engine and the plugins to be updatable from our online repository. We also want to add new plugins in the future. Can Qt Installer Framework handle our situation, i.e. can Qt Installer Framework fetch the definition of available packages from our online repository and prompt user to update existing ones or to install new ones?
