      Hello !

I'm using Qt5.6 and I would like to create a commercial application.
I dynamically linked with Qt and I do not share my source code.
I have read that I can use Qt using a LGPL license, is it true ?

      Thank you !

        Hi and welcome
Yes, most of us use Qt with dynamic linking to satisfy the LGPL
so as far as I know, this should be fine.
        Disclaimer: Im not a lawyer
This is for Widget Qt application.

Well also for mobile apps and publish to app stores and other cases.
It also give direct support and pro help if needed.
So there are many benefit to being a a Pro user.

But if you dynamic link your desktop app, it should be fine using the open source.
