Unable to install - server replied: Forbidden

I'm trying to install Qt using the Unified Installer and it gets to 21% and gives me an error:

Error downloading http://download/qt/io/online/qtsdkrepository/windows_x86/desktop/qt5_54/qt.54.win32_mingw491/5.4.2-0i686-4.9.1-release-posix-dwarf-rt_v3-rev2-runtime.7z.sha1 - server replied: Forbidden
