install Qt on Windows - نصب کیوت در ویندوز

من کیوت نسخه 5.5.1 روی ویندوز 8 با کامپایلر ویژوال استودیو 2013 نصب کردم.
نام فایلی که دانلود کردم اینه:
qt-opensource-windows-x86-msvc2013_64-5.5.1.exe
از سایت رسمی کیوت دانلود کردم
ویژوال استودیو 2013 هم روی ویندوز نصبه
دیزاینر و.. باز میشن، اما کیوت کریتور باز نمیشه.
هیچ اروری هم نمیده.
باید چیکار کنم درست شه؟؟؟

I downloaded from the official site Qt
Visual Studio 2013 on Windows Nsbh
Designer , etc. were open , but not open Kreator Qt .
No error is unbeatable.
What should I do ??? s true
