Notifications popup

Hello,
Yet again an issue about the new theme, not a functional one, though. When I open the notifications popup menu (or however it's called) there's a big space beside the person's icon that's unused. This wasn't the case with the old theme. It causes some difficulty if you have a lot of notifications, so if that could be reverted to the old style I'd much appreciate it.Kind regards.

@kshegunov which OS/browser combination? On Win/Chrome it looks roughly the same as before.
Or can you take a screenshot and share that here?
