    Hi,

I'm having an issue on windows with a basic Qt desktop app and the IME Japanese Text Input Widget. When I am in Hiragana input mode and press Alt - ~, the text input box fails to display. If I do the same with a basic MFC App, the text input box appears and works correctly. It appears Qt blocks this behaviour in some way.

Any idea what I need to do to get the language input control to activate and behave in the same way as it does for an MFC app ?

    Thanks,
