run qt on 64bit windows 7. add qt to visual studio 2010 IDE

Hi,

How can i switch qt from 32 bit to 64 bit.
I try 'build'- > 'open build and run kit selecter' and I see only 32bit (debug&release) . How can I add 64 bit ?
How can I add qt plugin to visual 2010 ? I want to run program from visual, but I can't include #include <QtWidgets>

Qt 5.5.0 for Windows 64-bit (VS 2013, 650 MB)

But seems only to be for VS 2013. :(
