addEventListener for a media object

Hi all,
I've written a mediaplayer specific for my media engine in qtwebkit. Now I'm able to play mp4 and my specific format media using MediaPlayerPrivateGstreamer and myPrivateMediaPlayer respectively. But the html page has a call for addEventListener to listen to the EOS(End of Stream) event. This is not handled in mine. But I find it difficult to see where the html function is being handled. There's a function addEventListener in MediaController.idl. But definition is not found. Any help is appreciated. Thanks
