Code formatting for posts of the last forums is messed up ,any workaround?

Hi ,
I just noticed that posts from old times( the old forums) ,in which code was formatted within the '@' s is not handled by the new markdown tags( and it is pretty bad to look at IMHO) . Is there a plan to address this or the only hope is for someone to go back and edit those one by one?this is an example post

IIRC, @tekojo has planned to write/run a cleanup script that should take care of that

Good to know :-) , May be it has been spotted already ,but some posts come in duplicates .For example @Al_ 's post in this thread.
