C++/Qt programmer needed - development of the production software - Polish language needed.

I am looking for C++/Qt experienced programmer for longer cooperation.
I have working application which is designed to work on windows touch panels an desktops.
Software is well designed and documented. It is integrated with database (MS SQL Server) from ERP Optima.
Application is used to measure production time and organize production queue.Programmer should correct few minor bugs in present module and also change some of application logic.
Then we can start design and program new module, which is need. -
