Qt Creator debug console focus under Ubuntu

Hi, everyone!
I'm using Qt Creator from Ubuntu (tested on Ubuntu and XUbuntu).
When starting the debugger for a simple console application, the console shows for some moments, than Qt Creator regain the focus, hiding the console window behind (assume Qt Creator in full screen). Every time I have to Alt+TAB to go back to the console window. Quite annoying...
Any advice on how to change this behavior?
In Windows the focus remains on the console window.Thanks!
