Creating a Ribbon Control

Hi all,

After lot of googling i found that creating Ribbon Controls is not allowed due to some licensing problem.However still i would like to achieve this .I learnt that its possible to do with tabwidget and putting it into toolbar as QWidgetAction.Can any body let me know how to achieve this.
