Is it possible to update the frame buffer of a QGraphicsView without calling show()?
-
I have a QGraphicsView object (named "view") and I'd like to update my FrameBuffer without calling view.show(). I've tried calling view.update() but that did not seem to do anything. In particular, I am trying to render offscreen before I create a window (which happens when I call view.show() ). I'd think it'd be a really simple task, but I can't figure out why the frame buffer is so dependent on actually creating a new window. Any ideas?
