Bluetooth communication for windows

I need to know how to communicate with bluetooth devices through Windows desktop. Qt has not supported for Windows. Is there any other way, please let me know.

Thanks for your reply. i earlier tried this. There is no issue in compiling and running. i switch on bluetooth for both laptop and my mobile before run the application. i don't see any response in the command prompt. in gentrel My mobile can detect my PC. but my PC could not detect my mobile. can you please suggest me.
