    Hello,

I need to install an add-in for VS'10. Which one of the downloads is the right one that I need? I don't need to install Qt Creator IDE, just a Qt library.

    Many thanks,

      Hi,

The VS Add-In and the Qt library are two separate downloads.

Go to http://www.qt.io/download-open-source/ and click "View All Downloads".

      Then, scroll down and:

      Download "Visual Studio Add-in 1.2.3 for Qt5 (149.9 MB)"

      Download "Qt 5.3.2 for Windows 32-bit (VS 2010, 539.3 MB) "

The Qt 5.3.2 package does include Qt Creator, but you can just ignore it. There is no standalone package that excludes Qt Creator.

By the way, would you be interested in upgrading to VS 2013? It provides lots of C++11 features that you don't get with VS 2010. C++11 makes programming Qt much easier.
