How to add event to system calendar? (Organizer / PIM)

How can we call up the system calendar to add an event?
Previously Digia had the QtMobility API with the calendar accessed through the Organizer, http://doc.qt.digia.com/qtmobility-1.2/organizer.html
Some of the Mobility classes have made it into Qt 5 (Qt Positioning, Qt Sensors, Qt Multimedia), but I haven't found anything that looks like the Organizer API.
Did I miss the Organizer API in Qt 5 or is it really not available at all?
