Getting an error: cannot find -lGL while building

Please help I am getting the error cannot find -lGL while building the qt project in QtCreator using Ubuntu 12.04 LTS , kindly provide some solution.

You need the development package for OpenGl, you can install it by running this command in terminal:
@sudo apt-get install libgl1-mesa-dev@
