Is QDialog the best container to put some ui controls on it?

i now have a custom class from QDialog, and use setWidget() to set it to a QGraphicsProxyWidget.
so I want to know is QDialog the best container to put some various controls on it?

Hi opengpu..

you should know the differences among QDialig,QMainWindow and QWidget.
Then decide...
but as far as QDialog is concern it is only for short term purpose.
