    Hi,
I developed a small app using the Qt commercial license my company has purchased. I want to make changes and use the Qt open source license to use the latest release of Qt (my company isn't ready to move up). Can I start using the open source version of Qt for my app and plan to share the code?
    Thanks,
    Mike

Absolutely. You can also use the L-GPL license for Qt and not release your code provided you do not make any changes to Qt itself and you dynamically link to the Qt libraries.

"Here":http://www.gnu.org/licenses/lgpl.html is a copy of the L-GPL license.
