Qt application random crash not breaking in attached debugger

Using qt 4.8 on windows
Application is crashing randomly and rarely once a day

Tried running through debugger from qt creator but application crashes and not showing anything in debugger

Not breaking there and not showing any code too
Just crashing

Error msg: application terminated vc++ runtime error
Why to do to resolve this?
