Am new to this Qt software.What is the latest version for qt creator for windows 7, 32 bit and how to install it.Tell me the procedure to install.

while creating a project it is asking to create kit .

You can uninstall and install from the start. Try to clean the registry and install the compiler you prefer, you can download it with the compiler included.

The 2nd issue was that the OP installed Qt Creator without installing Qt libraries.
