    Hello all!

Does anyone know of a way to detect "hotplugs" (unexpected dis/connections from USB) in a platform independent manner in Qt 5?

I know http://qt-project.org/doc/qt-5/qtdbus-index.html is supposed to work on linux, but I would love a class that works on Mac/Windows/Linux without rewriting for each.

I found this: https://github.com/wang-bin/qdevicewatcher/tree/master/src but it's pretty old. I wouldn't expect it to work with Qt 5.

    Anything out there?
    Should I roll me own?
