Error on Starting QtCreator

Hi i am using CentOS 6.5 and Qt 5.2.1
When i am running qtcreator tool , i am getting this error,
QXcbConnection: Failed to get the primary output of the screen
Any guess,how to remove this

Try by row command line with
/Dati/Qt/Qt5.2.1/Tools/QtCreator/bin/qtcreator -noload Welcome

I replaced libstdc++.so.6 in /usr/lib64 with latest version.
Because earlier i was getting error like "/usr/lib64/libstdc++.so.6: version `GLIBCXX_3.4.15′ not found "

But now I m getting below error when starting qtcreator:
