The old project. Convert to 5 or still stand on 4.8

I have the project. It was built on version 4.8. Now I want restart it and I want to get advice: remain on old version or jump to new?

Used next modules: core gui sql

Well, IMHO, you should go with Qt5. http://qt-project.org/doc/qt-5/qt5-intro.html
