QT acces oracle use QODBC chinese words dispaly mistake

Qt access oracle(coded:GB231280) through QODBC
1. On windows, the return record displayed mistake when the content contain chinese code;
  2.On Linux, all returned records are null string, even the content did'n contain chinese word;
