Android sdk top folder

Hello,
I'm trying to configure the QtCreator 3.0 Android SDK path. I set it to:

C:/Development/Android/android-sdk

which is the path where I put the SDK. Under android-sdk there are the following items:
@
add-ons/
platforms/
tools/
AVD Manager.exe
SDK Manager.exe
SDK Readme.txt
uninstall.exe
@

This is not the top folder?
Which one I should set instead?

Ok, I had to download an API from SDK Manager before.
