[bug] Latest snapshot of creator - Open file issue

Scenario:

1. Open a file in creator
2. Close creator
3. Delete the above file
4. Open creator

You get an error that the file could not be opened.
The file is now always listed in "Open Documents" and you just can't remove it from the list and always you get the same error.
